No scissors allowed! This is just a sampling of the torn paper illustrations I’ve done over the years for friends and family. I tear EVERY SINGLE PIECE of paper by hand to create one-of-a-kind, never before seen works of miniature art. Each piece is about 4" x 6". The natural tear of the paper give these little works of art a sense of delicacy and handcraftedness that give them their unique charm.
Similar to the torn paper art, every year I create Christmas cards for close friends and family. With a mix of torn paper, rubber stamps, and ink, I create unique cards that stand out in the mix of store-bought or computer generated photo cards. So instead of feeling like you’re just one more person on the list to send a card to in this hectic season, you know that I took the time to create something unique that’s handcrafted just for you.
My nephews love Minecraft. For their birthday, I made them a series of cards representing the game they love.
With a mix of paper, paint, and a little inspiration, I created these whimsical portraits to celebrate life’s little (or big) moments. Whether it’s for announcing twins, an upcoming birthday or Christmas celebrations, these illustrations add a little playfulness to these occasions.

I just want to start by saying my Mom is an excellent cook. My brothers and I grew up learning to cook with my Mom. I decided to gather up all of her recipes and design a cookbook that would hold all of her cherished recipes.
A friend organized a tour of backyard gardens in my home town. She needed help getting the word out, so I designed a series of ads she could post to build momentum. I had so much fun writing the copy for these ads. You could say that I had the thyme of my life.
Just a sampling of my Halloween costumes throughout the years. Check my blog for these and other Halloween tricks and treats!
Every year, my best friend and I throw a huge Halloween party. This is just a few of the invitations we created.
